Emmy Houweling, Primitive Folk Artist has moved her STUDIO and GALLERY to a different location on Main Street in LaGrange and is now located in The Art Gallery on Main Street, next to Karen's Book Barn. Visit Emmy's new large and bright Studio, you will be able to watch her paint and buy her work as soon as the paint is dry, or...you can choose from the many on display from her GALLERY there. Of course, you know her matted reproductions are wonderful as well and ready to frame! Don't forget to take a look at her one-of-a-kind jewelry/brooches and earrings.

There is never a day, nor a season, when the scenery doesn't form paintings in my mind while driving through the country side or the many small towns. They definitely can not be called "Still Life", people are working, there is action, they tell a story! With a thankful heart I praise the Lord for this GIFT to be able to see the beauty of His creation and recreate it for others to enjoy."
